The Separ SWK 2000 is a water separator and filter for light diesel fuel. The multiple centrifugal system provides a 100% solution for water and dirt problems. The filters are GL, Lloyds, RINA, TUV, etc. approved and available with different flow rates. This device is characterized by an extremely high separation efficiency of water. According to TÜV testing, no water is detectable in the fuel. Due to the backflushing process, the service life of the filter is extended. The filters are available as single filters or as pre-assembled, reversible double filters. Installation of each filter (single or double) requires 2 hose connectors and 2 bolts (sold separately).

Separ LKF
The LKF Coalescence Filter is the latest addition to the Separ filter range, designed for light automotive and small marine diesel applications. Its compact design makes it ideal for diesel utes, cars, and smaller vessels, efficiently filtering fuel at flow rates of up to 3Lpm.

Separ EVO-10
The Separ EVO-10 Water Separator is a high-efficiency fuel filter designed to remove water and contaminants from diesel fuel. Its compact, lightweight design makes it ideal for marine, generator, and heavy-duty applications. With minimal pressure drop and a reusable filter element, it ensures reliable performance and extended service life. The EVO-10 can be installed in various fuel systems, with flexible inlet and outlet connections for easy integration. An optional Water-in-Fuel Sensor provides automatic alerts when water needs to be drained.

- After entering the inlet(s), the 1st vane system spins the diesel fuel in a circular motion, generating centrifugal force.
- In the bowl, fuel continues to spin – separating water and heavier particulates, through centrifugal force.
- A 2nd vane system then forces the fuel to spin in a different direction – separating smaller water droplets and finer particulates.
- A wider passage, just below the element, slows down fuel to allow more contaminants to settle into the bowl.
- Finally, the element filters finer particulates out of the fuel before exiting through the outlet.


Separ LKF
The LKF Coalescence Filter ensures efficient water separation and fuel filtration using a dual-layer media system. The outer coalescence layer enlarges water droplets, while the inner hydrophobic layer separates them. A transparent bowl allows for easy monitoring, with a drain plug for simple water removal. Optional water sensors provide alerts when drainage is needed, and multiple inlet and outlet ports allow flexible installation.
To extend filter life, the fuel return-routing system recirculates cleaned fuel, reducing fresh fuel intake. An air venting system removes trapped air for smooth operation, while an optional 400W electrical heater prevents fuel waxing in cold conditions. Compact and efficient, the LKF is ideal for diesel utes, cars, and small marine applications.
Separ EVO-10 Water Separator
The EVO-10 offers superior filtration with a high separation efficiency, ensuring clean fuel for optimal engine operation. Its compact design reduces weight without compromising durability, making installation simple. The filter’s internal structure directs fuel through a multi-stage separation process, efficiently removing water and fine particulates.
As fuel enters, internal vanes create a rotational motion, using centrifugal force to separate heavier contaminants. In the bowl, fuel continues to spin, allowing water and particulates to settle. A second vane system redirects flow, capturing smaller water droplets and impurities. The fuel then moves into a pre-chamber where velocity slows, aiding further separation. Finally, the pleated filter element captures the finest particles before the clean fuel exits through the outlet.
Designed for long service life, the EVO-10 features a reusable filter element and environmentally friendly materials. It replaces the classic SWK model, offering a modern, high-performance solution for demanding fuel filtration needs.
